Monty said Good book. Good book. Doesn't have too many details but you couldn't expect more from a book this size. The tips are great and useful.. "Not for Beginners" according to VW. The book is full of photos and diagrams - A lot of professional time has been put into this book. I bought the book in hope that it would help me with my pain issues and to lose weight. I opened the book - looked at the wonderful pictures, read the 'instructions', and felt instantly overwhelmed. I'm a mechanical kind of person and have no medical or holistic background. Most of the techniques require a second person because of position, the locations of the pressure points, and potential multiple si. "A great little encyclopaedia in less than 100 pages" according to A Customer. This book is VERY useful. I practice Shiatsu and refer to this book all the time. Very well worth investing in a copy.
