I am disappointed by the size of the book, its thinness of content and the number of typos. I paid almost 16 dollars for this book and I have to say it was not what I was expecting. It has no recipes to speak of and it seems lacking in substance.It was poorly edited.. "Great Ayurvedic read" according to Eugenia Maldonado. I stumbled into this book and found it very interesting.
