Powerful concepts not easily implemented. Mr Wenzel presents these things succinctly and nonrepetitively which is refreshing to find in an author, but more expected from someone with his background as an engineer, project manager, and corporate executive. I recommend this book to any executive ready to openly evaluate their succ. It is any easy read, presented concisely, drawing from Allan's valuable real world experiences, and becomes a great reference book for any manager before starting the next new project.. I found it an easy read chocked full of concepts and examples that, when fully implemented, will create tremendous value in any company.
