I will say this, it holds up in the sense that it is a guide. But only for beginners.. "Even more meh." according to OldHouseRat. I buy way too many exercise books to look like I do. Just save your money and get steroids or go to a "rejuvenation clinic" those crooked doctors are always shilling.. Free This was a free book that was recommended by a book club I follow on FaceBook. Im not sure it is free anymore.
