Great cookbook/resource book. This was the first cookbook I got when I had to go gluten free (and dairy free for awhile). I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and depressed about having to learn to cook differently. This cookbook has brought me such a sense of reliefrecipes that are uncomplicated and turn out well every time. Also a great resource book with information on allergies and intolerances, natural chemicals in foods, food substitutions and food combining. It's nicely laid out and well written..
