Bright illustrations but locations featured are lacking AngieMarie We purchased this book for my daughter as well as the Good Night Maine version of the book. I am from Ohio and my husband from Maine, so we wanted to teach our daughter about each state. The Maine book was wonderful and very reflective of the state as a whole. It touched on all the key points and nicer, lesser know points of the state. The Ohio book, on the other hand, was disappointing. While the illustrations are nice and bright (great for a 1-year-old), the locations featured left something to be desired. It seems as if the selections were chosen by someone who had never very actu. Perfect for kids and adults This is one of my kid's favorite books! It is based a lot in northern Ohio but that works for us! Only thing missing is Cedar Point! Love how it really hits every other important aspect of Ohio. As new residents, its fun teaching my kids about the state.. "Perfect Baby Gift" according to Summer. Cute book! I was happy to be able to give my brother-in-law (Ohio transplant not living in California)a little something he would be interested in for a baby gift. It was a hit, he was excited to see Ohio State in it.
