You'll want to get to know them better, and although the story will seem familiar, as it began as fan fiction, author Jazzy Mitchell gives you a new perspective and more details about the character's pasts, their emotions, and their motivations. Torry is young, and ambitious, but lacking some confidence in herself. Evelyn is older, and a force to be reckoned with. It was fun to see Torry grow a spine, and Evelyn to show her softer side. The intimate scenes are evocative without crossing the line, and the supporting characters are well done, although I would have liked them to b. Here goes: finding oneself completely captivated by another person's aesthetic sensibility without ever having met is a novel and very Romantic (yes, Romantic with a capital R) approach and one I truly enjoyed.
