There are some great examples and ideas in the beginning of the book. And then a big portion of the book is devoted to being a resource any leader can tap into dependent on their need at that time. Rehashed Ideas "2 out of 5 Stars: I read the book, and I must say that there was some useful information in there, once I was able to extrapolate the meaningful and relevant points from the mire of rehashed ideas that masquerade as novel inventions.
