A great blueprint for risk assessment and mitigation When I began my Project Management Professional certification through George Washington University and Motorola several years ago, one of the first courses I took was one dealing with project risk analysis and response. The text for the class was Risk Management: Concepts and Guidance, by Carl Pritchard, and has served as a blueprint for assessing and mitigating risk in many pr. "PMI Risk Management Professional Preps" according to Quig. If you intend to take the PMI-RMP exam, I recommend this book as a central part of your preparations.
