What a very clear and concise way of presenting a very serious problem that has affected many people in every station in life, be they male, female, young, middle aged or the elderly. This unique method of relating the story of Panic Attack is very refreshing. There is the combination of factual information that was obviously well researched and lived through by the author in laymen's language. Medical terminology that might confuse the average layman is absent. It is a down to earth description of the many paths that are involved in this most frustrating conditio.
