OUTSTANDING Mr. Orwell has truly outdone himself. This is a masterpiece and a godsend for all those who want to lose weight. He goes through the science of it all and then explains to you what is and what is not a superfood. He even gives you a meal plan and a ton of recipes. Fabulous!. "Each recipe has mouthwatering images and good instructions." according to Vincent. This book adds some knowledge to the standard “eat your vegetables and stay away from transfats and pop” statements we all know to be true. Learning about certain kinds of carbs was informational and educational. Additionally, you’ll read about superfoods and hormones, some stories of weight loss examples, and 160 recipes. I could say a lot more, but there is so much in this book that you might as well forget about some of the short reads out there (just look at the page count). Each recipe has mouthwatering images and good instructions.. Great book! Sarah Pearl What a great book on the foods that we are eating in our daily routine. It has the knowledge of after impact on body of all those foods we are using and taking as if these are healthy for our bodies. The book is divided very well to chapters, which are very comprehensive. The book is not a short and can be read at once it takes time to complete it. It contains a lot of information, but yet the book is easy to read.
