Book by Bodington, Edward
Elderhiker Delivers Jim Maas, Sierra Club newsletter editor Elderhiker is the kind of book that 1) you may want to read when you find yourself getting a little long in the tooth, 2) you might well recommend to older folks planning to sign up for one of Bodington's walks, 3) you may want to recommend to anyone who likes hiking, and 4) makes a great gift to any "outdoorsy" person. Nice job!. Diane Fillmore said Good general guidelines, not much specific info. I had hoped to use this book to draw up a specific fitness plan but found it too be rather general in its advice. Still, it was inspiring to read about other people's travels and encouraging to know that other other people like to adventure too.
