The author is someone who has trained extensively in this field, and the layout and presentation of the materials is the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend this book!. An excellent book introducing the concept of Mindfulness David Deley An excellent book introducing the concept of Mindfulness. Easy to read, easy to flip through, full of color and variety.
