The Vitamins In short, the book has deepened my understanding of vitamins in general. I am indeed an avid fan of any vitamin whetherit be Vitamin A, B or C. But one thing which has concerned me every time I take Vitamin pill has been if orally-taken pill may have adversely affected my health. I used to take Vitamin Bs including the B complex. One day I noticed I felt as if my central nervous system were super-hyped. I thought this feeling could be the result of Vitamin Bs intake.My hunch has hit the bull's- eye.
