Good one for start I bought this book after seen autor on a TV show.I teach physiology, and also work out 5/7 a week.So, this book is a good one if you are planning to being serious with your training. It have good information, but not very well explained (i mean a deep well explanation). So if you are not a physical activity professional and you want to learn from a good source, this is your bo. Good book for the casual athlete Good book to read from when you are training. Not in depth for someone who is professionally lifting weights. Its good for you average joe.
